Soundfield is designed for private listening work. Your account and tracks are processed to provide the features you request.
Account data
We process the email address and profile preferences you provide, plus provider identifiers when you connect Apple or Google. These details keep one account available across your devices.
Younger users
Children under 13 must not create a Soundfield account. People aged 13 to 17 need their parent or legal guardian's consent before creating one. If you believe a child under 13 has shared personal data with Soundfield, contact hello@soundfield.ai.
Your music
Imported media and generated stems are private by default. When you share a playlist, the members you invite can listen to its tracks until you disable sharing or remove their access. Their progress and playback position remain personal.
Billing and operations
Payment providers process purchase details. Soundfield stores the subscription state needed to grant access. Essential security, error, and performance records may be retained for a limited period.
Your choices
You can update your profile, connect sign-in methods, reset your password, sign out, and request deletion of your account. Contact hello@soundfield.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Service and onboarding statistics
To find confusing steps, Soundfield counts onboarding stage visits by day and platform. The reporting table contains only totals, never a name, email, account, browser or installation identifier. The request uses the current Supabase session to prevent public writes; the service processes that request, but the identity is not saved with the count. We also count completed onboarding, imported tracks and separation results from records needed to operate the service. Music, recordings, filenames and form contents are not sent to an analytics provider. These statistics are described here separately from the terms of use; we do not treat acceptance of the terms as analytics consent.
Before public launch, this notice still needs the verified legal operator, data retention periods, complete service-provider and international-transfer details, and legal review.
